Here you find the single-sheet prints of my private press ELKE REHDER PRESSE with text in letterpress printing combined with etchings and woodcuts to lyric poems by the German authors Stefan Andres, Friedrich Hölderlin, Peter Rühmkorf, Gottlieb Konrad Pfeffel, Franz Kafka, Heinrich Heine and a tale by Ernst Jünger to the topic chess.
The
single-sheet prints of my private press are handmade in a small edition
and numbered and signed by the artist. The text was printed in the historic
letterpress printing like Johannes Gutenberg in Mainz. Most of the single-sheet
prints are handbound in a softcover wrappers.
